Welcome to 2010!

First, Michael loves his new job with CTS. Yeah! We are so proud of him. He also enjoys house projects. The last two were a renovation of the guest bathroom complete with a full aquarium bath world for Patrick and a remodel for our dining room. Plus, we just added a second deck onto the backyard, just in time for Spring and perfect for Patrick to run around.

Speaking of Patrick, he is a character! At 2 1/2 years old, he runs around like he owns the place. He started at The Chastain School and LOVES it! Click here for more photos and updates: www.patrickryansmyth.com

Karen continues to enjoy working in full time real estate at Keller Williams. She has consistently been in the top 5 in her office. This year, she launded Team Smyth. Our biggest news is that we are expecting our second addition, affectionately named "Sweet Pea." The baby will arrive sometime in October. Check out this link for ultrasound photos and Mommy's belly growing.
